It was bound to happen at some point.

OK, so I know that every one has there stories of their kids sticking things up their nose. I thought Ella was just to smart for this! She proved me wrong. She came to me the other day with the saddest look. She told me "my nose, my nose." She kept snorting. So low and behold I look up their. Not an easy feat. She has the tiniest nostrils. Anyway, stuck up there was a wadded up tissue paper. So I got my tweezers and was able to get it out. At least I think she got so scared she'll never do it again!

You can't even see it, the tissue, it was up there pretty far.

You want to know what Ryder was doing during the fiasco? Playing and giggling while he pulls up on his toy. He pulls up on everything!

Oh gosh that's funny but sad at the same time! She wanted to be like her cousin Coop! And look at Ryder... What a BIG boy he is:)

Oh, Katie! It's amazing how many hats you have to wear as "mommy"!! Thank goodness you were able to get it out! I would have been so nervous!

Poor Ella! But really, what are all those holes in face for if you can't stick things in them! I'm just glad nothing was attached to the tissue when you pulled it out! Gross! The pics of Ryder make you want to squeeze his little legs. They are so cute!

I can't believe you actually took a picture of the tweezers and tissue! Haha... I'm learning so much about motherhood... good work as surgeon.

Ouch! Ella has such a cute poochy-lip-disease face (that was a Patch the Pirate reference, not saying she actually has a disease). I also love the gooey mess pictures of Ryder from a couple of posts ago. Congrats on the potty training!

I stuck something in my ear when I was little...it happens. I am glad you were able to get it instead of having to go to the doctor. Ryder looks so big....looks like he will be walking before too long.
