Swim Lessons

I meant to post about her swim lessons before I left for two weeks. Jason and I went to Youth camp for one week and then to Woodward for the next week. Glad to be home!

So, Ella, my little girl who always liked to play in the water but NEVER wanted her face to get wet, has totally surprised me this summer. She just decided one day that she would go under water and she has been swimming like crazy ever since. I couldn't believe that it happened so fast. She would literally freaked out last summer if water splashed her in the face. So she did great during swim lessons and she loved every minute of it. It was really hot outside that week so I was also surprised at how well the boys did. They entertained themselves rather well. A few days I had to put Brock in the car to watch some Elmo for the last 15 minutes of the class, but other than that they did great.

Yes, Ryder is scared of the cat. Sad, but true! I mean the cat does look terrifying!09

Cute pics, Katie. I especially love the last one, Ryder looks like he found a prize and is about to sneak up on the kitten.

BTW -> I think it's too funny how the swim coach is wearing a flower pot cover on his head as a hat. HAHAAA I cannot wait to be able to pull stunts like that off.

Looks like a lot of fun - it has been too chilly here to go swimming!! Can't wait to get Sadie in the water - she has the same swim suit as Ella! Too cute! Great pictures!

You need to tell Rick how popular his hat is! Elle has turned into quite the swimmer, so proud of her!
